Want your Vactorzi Messenger information removed? You can ask Vactorzi to locate and delete records it controls. This page explains how to request deletion and what to expect.
01 / Send your request
Email vactorzi.official@gmail.com with the subject Messenger Data Deletion Request.
Say that your request concerns the Vactorzi Facebook Page Messenger conversation. If you have a conversation link or approximate date, include it. Do not send passwords, financial details, or unnecessary identity documents.
02 / Identify the conversation
Vactorzi may ask for limited additional details to match your request to the correct Messenger conversation and verify that you control it. Please provide only the information needed to identify it securely.
03 / What can be deleted
Subject to applicable law and technical feasibility, Vactorzi can review deletion of the Messenger conversation history, stored project-enquiry notes, and conversation state held in its Cloudflare D1 database. Limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, legal obligations, or preventing abuse.
The D1 cleanup is also configured to remove individual messages after 30 days, duplicate-message records after 7 days, and lead notes 30 days after their latest update. Human handoff state is an exception and may remain until the owner resolves it or a verified deletion request is completed.
04 / Third-party services
Deleting Vactorzi-controlled D1 records does not automatically remove information stored independently by Meta Messenger, Google Gemini, Telegram, or WhatsApp. Their applicable policies and controls govern those copies. For Gemini's unpaid API tier, Google may use submitted inputs and outputs to improve its services. See Gemini API Terms.
05 / Questions and confirmation
Vactorzi will review deletion requests received by email, seek clarification when needed, and respond through the contact channel supplied. Timing depends on verification, the nature of the request, and applicable law; no fixed response deadline is promised here.
